Shipping

All Carabara Designs orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Canada Shipping Options

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within 30 km of our office in Richmond, Ontario. For orders under $35, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Expedited, tracked Canada Post shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.00. Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping and the free expedited, tracked shipping is applied automatically. Orders will arrive within 3 to 9 business days.

Shipping to the U.S.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to the United States at this time.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Tracking information will only be available IF you chose tracked shipping. If you have selected tracked shipping, the tracking number will appear in your confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cara@cararowlands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Exchanges and refunds are only offered on items that arrive in damaged or defective condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us within 5 business days of receiving your order at cara@cararowlands.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
