Refund policy

Items purchased from Carabara Designs are not eligible for a refund. However, if your order arrives damaged or you have another issue, please contact cara@cararowlands.com and we will figure out a solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if there are any issues, contact us immediately at cara@cararowlands.com. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, let us know! We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
